Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care is only a piece of the puzzle in getting you out of pain and back in the game. There is a chiropractic adjustment suitable for everyone, even those who don't like to hear the "popping" sound!

A.R.T.

Active Release Techniques (ART) is a patented soft tissue mobilization protocol that addresses the muscles' responses to spinal and extremity subluxations. This is a very important part of care because most patients experience muscle pain in addition to joint pain.

Insurance

This office stopped accepting insurance as of August 8, 2016. The rationale for this decision can be found here. Regular visits are $55 and a new patient exam is $79. The VAST majority of my patients are seen less than a handful of times before moving on to wellness care (if they choose…no pressure!)

Why Sport and Wellness?

By scheduling only 4 patients / hour Dr. John is able to provide the highest level of care to everyone. Additionally, we are on time! If your appointment is at 4:00, Dr. John will see you at 4:00. Expert, friendly, comprehensive care at an affordable price is what this office is about.
